- Only one parent will be allowed entry into the Convocation
Auditorium.
Other accompanying parents may witness the ceremony through live
telecast arrangements in a separate hall.
- Registration Is mandatory for all the parents.
- Registration Fee paid is Non-Refundable.

🧾 Important Instructions for
Attending Graduates
- Collection of Convocation Kit is mandatory on
2nd December 2025 between 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM.
- Attendance in the Rehearsal Session on
2nd December 2025 from 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM is
compulsory.
Graduates failing to attend the rehearsal may not be permitted
to participate in the main convocation ceremony.
